- Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of digital solutions supporting Pharma Technical Development
- Ensure operational continuity and high availability of critical digital infrastructure
- Oversee cross-functional teams of technical specialists and delivery coordinators
- Implement robust project management methodologies with strict regulatory compliance
- Optimize delivery processes through continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service integrations
- Drive digital transformation strategy alignment with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in IT delivery management with 3+ years in pharmaceutical/life sciences
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks
- Strong knowledge of GxP compliance and pharmaceutical regulatory standards
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
- Certifications in PMP, ITIL, or related project management credentials
- Experience with digital solutions in data management or automation systems
