Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily delivery of goods and documents to customers and logistics partners according to the established schedule.
- Ensure the safety and security of packages during transit and handle them with care.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure mechanical condition and cleanliness.
- Handle cash handling and receipts accurately when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery status and address any issues.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company safety policies to ensure accident-free driving.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company brand.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian SIM (A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights (up to 15kg) as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required by business needs.
- Proficiency in using basic handheld devices for tracking deliveries.
