Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end delivery operations including route planning, vehicle allocation, and team scheduling
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor team productivity and service quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery routes and reduce operational costs
- Lead team development through training programs, performance coaching, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements for all delivery operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record in managing delivery operations and optimizing logistics processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and implement solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Proficient in logistics management software and route optimization tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands
