Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc., a leader in the hardware industry, is seeking a motivated Demand and Sales Planning Officer to join our operations team in Binondo. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring that our product availability aligns perfectly with market demand.
As our Demand and Sales Planning Officer, you will leverage historical sales data, market trends, and internal insights to develop accurate forecasting models. You will play a pivotal role in our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, helping to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve our overall service level to customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and statistical modeling.
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to align sales targets with operational capacities.
- Monitor inventory health to identify risks of overstock or stockouts and take proactive measures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to incorporate promotional plans and market trends into forecasts.
- Analyze deviations between forecasted and actual sales to continuously improve planning accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding demand trends and supply chain KPIs.
- Maintain data integrity within the planning software and ERP systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning software.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical data and business strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
