This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our supply chain optimization efforts within the Manufacturing and Transport sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, seasonality, and customer behavior to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend stock adjustments to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in monthly planning meetings and provide insights on demand fluctuations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract role.
