In this critical role, you will act as the vital link between our sales strategies and supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory levels perfectly align with market demand.
As a Demand Planner, you will leverage advanced analytical tools and historical data to forecast trends, minimize stock discrepancies, and optimize service levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to drive efficiency and support our commitment to delivering quality products to our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by integrating sales trends, market insights, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to capture upcoming initiatives and their potential impact on inventory requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and analyze inventory turnover ratios to identify risks of overstock or out-of-stock scenarios.
- Prepare comprehensive supply chain reports and performance dashboards for management review.
- Manage the replenishment process to ensure timely product availability across all distribution points.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across various departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management best practices and supply chain workflows.
