Unilogix, Inc. is looking for a strategic and analytical Demand Planner to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our sales forecasts and production capabilities. We are seeking a professional who can expertly analyze market trends, historical data, and seasonal fluctuations to create accurate demand forecasts.
As a Demand Planner, you will directly impact our operational efficiency by ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding sales, production, and logisticsâto align inventory strategies with business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term demand forecasts using historical data and statistical models.
- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and seasonal patterns to recommend inventory strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand promotional activities and their impact on demand.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecast accuracy.
- Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Partner with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods based on projected demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and time management.
