Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product groups using statistical models and historical data.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather market intelligence and refine forecasting assumptions.
- Analyze variances between forecasted and actual demand to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Prepare regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and supply chain accuracy.
- Support the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across departmental boundaries.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in APICS or similar supply chain management credentials is a significant advantage.
