- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to align demand plans with business objectives
- Monitor and adjust forecasts based on real-time changes in market conditions, customer demand, and supply constraints
- Prepare and present detailed demand reports and key performance metrics to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory excess, shortages, and demand volatility
- Utilize demand planning software and ERP systems to maintain robust forecasting models
- Support the development of annual and quarterly demand plans that drive operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), SAP, or other ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and demand planning best practices
