- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand plans with business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize stock availability
- Identify forecast variances and implement corrective actions to improve planning accuracy
- Support supply chain optimization through data-driven inventory management strategies
- Generate regular performance reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to meet demand
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and demand planning software (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and market trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory optimization techniques
