Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily monitoring and analysis of inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Support the Demand Planning team in gathering and analyzing historical sales data to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on inventory status, supply chain performance metrics, and stock movement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and procurement, to understand market trends and their impact on demand.
- Assist in the reconciliation of supply chain data and ensure data integrity in company management systems.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for future planning cycles.
- Support the logistics team in coordinating the timely delivery of goods based on forecasted demand.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights from spreadsheets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles is a plus.
