Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models using historical sales data and market trend analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to incorporate promotional activities into demand plans.
- Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to ensure alignment across supply chain and commercial stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment strategies to achieve target service levels.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain, providing recommendations for inventory adjustments.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports, including forecast accuracy, bias analysis, and inventory health metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain planning tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to present data-driven recommendations clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
