Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align demand plans with business objectives
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
- Identify inventory optimization opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Support new product launches by conducting demand scenario planning
- Partner with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution
- Document processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and demand planning software (SAP APO preferred)
- Strong statistical analysis and data visualization skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines
