We are currently seeking a Demand Planning Manager with global demand planning and retail experience to join our supply chain team in Pasig City. This role is pivotal in driving demand-driven excellence across our organization.
As the Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the demand forecasting and planning processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure that demand signals are accurately captured and translated into actionable plans. Your expertise in global demand planning will help us align with international best practices and optimize our inventory and resources efficiently.
In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and forecasting tools to improve demand accuracy. You will also collaborate with retail partners to understand market trends and incorporate them into our planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the demand forecasting process for global and retail operations.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict demand patterns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather demand inputs.
- Manage inventory planning and optimization strategies.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with global planning teams to align demand and supply plans.
- Prepare and present demand planning reports to senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in food manufacturing or retail.
- Proven experience in global demand planning and international coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, JDA, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of retail demand dynamics and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
