- Support SKU-level demand planning and forecasting processes
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to generate accurate forecasts

- Manage inventory optimization to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Develop regular demand planning reports and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting
- Proficiency in demand planning software and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes
