Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to incorporate promotional plans and market intelligence into demand models.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve modeling techniques to reduce variance.
- Maintain data integrity within the ERP/planning system to ensure all supply chain stakeholders are aligned.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management regarding demand performance and key supply chain KPIs.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory replenishment cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced data modeling).
- Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-departmental requirements.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local retail software) is a significant advantage.
