Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand/supply planning or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and forecasting techniques
