As a Demand/Supply Planner, you will lead the charge in converting consensus demand forecasts into actionable supply plans. You will work across diverse time horizonsāfrom weekly tactical adjustments to long-term strategic planning. By conducting rigorous capacity checks and identifying potential supply bottlenecks before they impact the business, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Cargillās operational excellence in a competitive global market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Transform consensus demand forecasts into executable supply plans across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
- Conduct regular capacity utilization analysis to proactively flag constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align inventory targets with production schedules and sales projections.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to refine forecasting accuracy.
- Manage inventory replenishment strategies to ensure high service levels while minimizing carrying costs.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain disruptions effectively to ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in demand/supply planning or inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, production planning, and inventory control.
