- Analyze market trends and customer demand to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Create and maintain detailed supply chain plans to meet organizational objectives
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply chain performance
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply plans with business strategies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting tools and software
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
