As a Demi Chef at PISON GROUP, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. You will work closely under the guidance of the Head Chef to execute daily menu items with precision and creativity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in the daily preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workstation throughout the service.
  • Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and plate food to meet the highest quality and presentation expectations.
  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and taste consistency during service.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and the receiving of deliveries.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Commis Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting.
  • Demonstrated passion for cooking and a commitment to culinary excellence.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
  • Valid Food Handler’s certificate (if required by local regulations).
