  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to The Coffee Club's standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently during peak hours.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (NEA/HACCP).
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu concepts and seasonal specials.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation consistently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and kitchen assistants.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef, Chef De Partie, or equivalent role in a cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating.
  • Willingness to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a fast-paced team.
  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate recognized by local authorities.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a deep passion for the culinary arts.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing service demands.
