Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes, production schedules, and chef's instructions.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality and consistency standards.
  • Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned section, including equipment and workstations.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs in managing kitchen operations and training junior staff.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring proper rotation and minimizing waste.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation, suggesting new ideas and techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across all kitchen sections to ensure smooth service flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, and plating.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP certification preferred).
