Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage assigned kitchen station including equipment, tools, and ingredients
- Monitor food inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP standards)
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow during service hours
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Train junior staff on techniques and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Demi Chef de Partie or similar culinary role
- Culinary arts certification or equivalent professional training
- Deep knowledge of cooking techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
