Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage daily operations of your assigned kitchen station, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining portion control
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning, special requests, and event catering
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure adherence to culinary standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation within your station
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items to minimize waste

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Proficiency in various cooking methods and cuisine styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
