Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to Capella standards
- Execute recipes with precision while maintaining portion control and consistency
- Manage pastry station inventory, including stock rotation and requisition
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team members for seamless service during peak hours
- Assist in developing seasonal dessert menus featuring local Balinese ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all pastry equipment and workstations
- Participate in training sessions to refine technical skills and stay updated on pastry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional pastry kitchen experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Strong technical skills in baking, dessert preparation, and pastry decoration
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques including tempering, piping, and sugar work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to presentation excellence
- Basic food safety certification (HACCP/Safe Food Handler)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team
