As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our kitchen standards and bringing our menu concepts to life. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new dining destination where your input and craftsmanship will directly influence our culinary identity. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong technical skills across both hot and cold stations, and is eager to grow their career in a supportive, high-performance team environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Chef De Partie in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet high standards.
  • Manage designated sections of the kitchen, including both hot and cold food preparation stations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
  • Assist in recipe development, menu planning, and trial preparations during the pre-opening phase.
  • Maintain proper stock rotation, inventory control, and minimization of food waste.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and workstation areas.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment.
  • Proven ability to manage both Hot and Cold Kitchen stations with proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating standards.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is considered an advantage.
  • Passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing an excellent guest experience.
