As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our kitchen standards and bringing our menu concepts to life. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef De Partie in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet high standards.
- Manage designated sections of the kitchen, including both hot and cold food preparation stations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
- Assist in recipe development, menu planning, and trial preparations during the pre-opening phase.
- Maintain proper stock rotation, inventory control, and minimization of food waste.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and workstation areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment.
- Proven ability to manage both Hot and Cold Kitchen stations with proficiency.
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating standards.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is considered an advantage.
- Passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing an excellent guest experience.
