As a key member of our back-of-house operations, you will play an essential role in maintaining our high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to execute hot food production with precision. We are looking for an individual who thrives under pressure, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is committed to food safety excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute daily hot production tasks according to standardized recipes and menu requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation, plating, and presentation for all hot food items.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, managing inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Adhere strictly to HACCP and local health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist senior chefs in developing new menu ideas and improving kitchen workflows.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation during high-volume service periods.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance needs immediately.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specifically in hot production or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, roasting, etc.).
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of valid Food Handler Certification and Typhoid vaccination.
  • Exceptional discipline regarding kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous professional development.
