  • Train, guide, and support kitchen team members in their respective sections to optimize performance

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef or Commis Chef in a high-volume hospitality environment

  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff effectively in a multicultural setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control procedures
