Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare Western cuisine dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist in menu development and seasonal dish creation
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and stock rotation for assigned station
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper techniques
- Coordinate with other kitchen departments for seamless service
- Ensure optimal utilization of ingredients and minimize waste
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Demi Chef or similar role in Western cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques and ingredients
- Creative flair with exceptional food presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
