Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Western cuisine dishes.
  • Manage the daily preparation of items in the Cold Kitchen section, including salads, dressings, and chilled appetizers.
  • Ensure that all mise-en-place is prepared to standard and ready for service.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards according to HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring minimal wastage through effective inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Assist in recipe development and menu updates under the guidance of senior chefs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or professional restaurant kitchen.
  • Proficiency in Western cooking techniques and Cold Kitchen preparation.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
