- Prepare and bake a diverse range of pastries, cakes, desserts, and confectionery items according to recipes and quality standards

- Ensure all products meet presentation, freshness, and portion consistency requirements
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and kitchen procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate orders and ensure seamless service
- Manage pastry station equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional pastry or baking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Proficiency in fundamental pastry techniques including laminating, tempering, and decorating
- Strong knowledge of ingredient properties, baking science, and flavor pairing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Basic understanding of food safety certifications (HACCP) and hygiene practices
