Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dental case coordination team, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure efficient scheduling, tracking, and meticulous follow-up of all dental cases, adhering to clinical protocols and patient expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex case inquiries, adeptly resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Implement and rigorously maintain quality control standards for all case documentation and communication processes.
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing professional development and support to case coordinators, fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Collaborate effectively with dentists, lab technicians, and other clinical staff to optimize inter-departmental workflow and communication.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall operational efficiency and elevate patient satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance metrics and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across all coordination functions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a dental clinic or dental laboratory setting.
- Proven experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior coordinator role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and modern digital dental workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, dental assisting, or a related medical field is an advantage.
