Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists in a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and surgical treatments.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms in strict accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take and process high-quality digital dental radiographs (intraoral and extraoral) accurately and safely.
- Manage and update patient records, treatment plans, and appointment scheduling using advanced dental software.
- Provide exceptional chairside assistance and emotional support to patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
- Monitor and maintain clinical inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure the proper functioning of dental equipment.
- Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene instructions, and holistic dental health practices.
- Collaborate with the front desk and dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless patient journey.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Dental Nurse or Clinic Assistant in a dental clinic.
- Possess a recognized certification or diploma in Dental Nursing / Dental Assisting (preferably certified by the Singapore Dental Council or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in chairside assisting for a variety of general and specialized dental procedures.
- Solid understanding of and strict adherence to infection control standards and sterilization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is a strong plus.
- Proficient in using dental management software (e.g., Front Desk, Dentrix) and MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
