Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures while maintaining strict infection control protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and materials before each patient appointment
- Support patients throughout their visit, ensuring comfort and providing post-operative care instructions
- Perform chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques during restorative and surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and manage appointment scheduling
- Sterilise and organise dental instruments, ensuring compliance with healthcare safety standards
- Process dental radiographs (X-rays) and assist with laboratory procedures as required
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience as a dental assistant is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Proficient in basic computer applications for patient management and scheduling
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities and time management skills
- Physically fit to handle the demands of standing for extended periods and managing clinical tasks
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental procedures and technologies
