Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor 10-15 retail associates to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns across assigned departments
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control processes including stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement staff training programs focusing on product knowledge and customer engagement
- Coordinate with airport authorities and store teams to ensure operational compliance
- Drive customer loyalty through personalized service and brand ambassadorship
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with 1+ year in fashion retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
