Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.
- Implement and maintain H&M's visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring shopping experience that drives sales.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, transfers, and participating in regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales reports and KPI data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; take proactive actions to optimize performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the company.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance through effective people management and operational excellence.
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and inventory control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for fashion and retail.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods.
