- Lead and develop high-performing retail teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Drive sales achievement by implementing targeted promotions and visual merchandising standards
- Optimize inventory control processes including stock reconciliation and replenishment planning
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery while resolving escalations promptly
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic department planning
- Execute operational procedures for store safety, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
- Recruit, onboard, and retain talent through effective leadership practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management with proven team leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in KPI-driven environments (sales, conversion, retention)
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail regulations and BPJS requirements
- Advanced problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
