As a Department Manager, you are the pulse of our store, responsible for creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and operational success.
In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of sales advisors, ensuring that the H&M brand standards are met across every corner of your department. You will work closely with the Store Manager to analyze performance metrics, optimize visual merchandising, and foster a culture of service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coach a team of sales advisors to reach sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring that the department is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Implement and maintain H&M merchandising guidelines to maximize sales impact and product turnover.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance development to build a high-performing team.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify business opportunities and implement actionable improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and security policies.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute store-wide campaigns and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current retail trends.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
