The Role: Deployment Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deployment Engineer to join our operations team in Toh Guan, West Region. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary technical expert responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining our sophisticated water monitoring systems. You will work directly with customers to provide exceptional support while gathering critical field data to drive product performance improvements. You will collaborate with our internal engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment and optimal system performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of water monitoring systems and IoT sensors at client locations.
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure high system uptime and data accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive technical training and support to customers, empowering them to effectively operate the systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to document field issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Manage deployment logistics, including inventory of equipment, spare parts, and test tools.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service records, and site survey documentation.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards during all field operations.
- Travel to various client sites across the West Region and Singapore as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in field service engineering, system deployment, or technical support.
- Strong hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for interfacing with diverse stakeholders.
