In this role, you will be the driving force behind our store aesthetic and customer experience, ensuring our electronics displays are not only visually captivating but also strategically aligned with sales performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and maintain high-impact visual merchandising standards across all assigned retail locations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement seasonal promotions and store-wide campaigns effectively.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales data to identify trends and adjust product displays to maximize store performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory display accuracy to ensure all electronic products are properly showcased.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with corporate visual guidelines and retail standards.
- Provide operational support for new store openings and store layout reorganizations.
- Train local store staff on basic visual maintenance and display protocols to sustain brand consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a Retail Operations role within the electronics or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, including sales per square meter and conversion rates.
- Excellent eye for detail and a creative approach to product styling and layout.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for performance reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with store teams and regional management.
- Willingness to travel within the Jawa Timur region as required by store deployment needs.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
