Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), a global leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Depot Gate Clerk to join our operations team in Tondo, Metro Manila. This role is fundamental to the efficiency of our supply chain, acting as the primary point of control for the movement of shipping containers in and out of our depot facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing containers for damage or discrepancies.
- Verify and process all Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIR) and shipping documentation accurately.
- Maintain real-time data entry in the depot management system to track container inventory and movements.
- Coordinate with truck drivers and yard operations to ensure smooth traffic flow at the gate.
- Enforce safety protocols and security procedures within the gate area at all times.
- Identify and report any irregularities or security concerns to the Depot Manager immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and external partners during the check-in/out process.
- Prepare daily reports on gate activity, equipment status, and operational volume.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical inspections in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and experience with logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Willingness to work in a shift-duty schedule, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Knowledge of container types, ISO codes, and shipping terminology is a significant advantage.
- Must be highly organized and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
