Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily depot operations, ensuring seamless production and supply chain workflows.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational KPIs and service excellence.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing wastage.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize daily throughput and cost efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand standards across all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Depot Manager, or in a high-growth operational leadership role (F&B industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and production scheduling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop large teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing operational metrics and financial reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
