As the central bank and financial regulatory authority of Singapore, MAS plays a pivotal role in maintaining monetary stability and ensuring the integrity of the financial sector. In this fast-paced role, you will be at the forefront of regulating securities, overseeing mergers, and ensuring strict compliance with corporate disclosures. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the corporate finance functions, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead regulatory compliance initiatives regarding securities, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A).
- Analyze complex financial data and regulatory reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to MAS regulations and corporate disclosure requirements.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
- Prepare high-level financial reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Identify risks and implement controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (Deputy/Assistant Director level).
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment and the MAS Act.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and external regulators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
