Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in fintech, financial services, or a related technology field
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and managing complex projects
- Deep understanding of financial technology trends, regulations, and market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and business models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
