Join the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Deputy/Assistant Director in the MII (Management Information & Insights) - Dashboard team. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to drive data-driven supervision and enhance the effectiveness of MAS’s regulatory functions.
In this pivotal position, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to senior management and supervisory teams. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data into clear visual narratives, enabling informed decision-making and risk assessment.
As a leader within the team, you will manage a group of data analysts, oversee project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products. You will also champion best practices in data governance, visualization, and automation, contributing to MAS’s digital transformation journey.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of supervisory dashboards and reporting tools.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support regulatory objectives.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting assets.
- Drive the adoption of data visualization standards and best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee project schedules, resources, and deliverables within a contract framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working in a regulatory, financial services, or government environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy principles.
