As a Special Investigator III under the NFA Legal Department, you will lead and execute sensitive investigations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning investigation strategies, conducting surveillance and intelligence gathering, securing crime scenes, interviewing witnesses and subjects, and handling strictly confidential documents. You must be adept at working with various stakeholders, from local government units to national law enforcement agencies, to build compelling legal cases. Your ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and irrefutable reports is crucial for successful prosecution or administrative sanction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct highly complex and confidential investigations into anomalies, irregularities, and fraudulent activities within NFA’s operations and supply chain.
- Collect, preserve, and analyze documentary, physical, and testimonial evidence in accordance with legal standards and NFA protocols.
- Prepare detailed and objective investigation reports, case digests, and legal recommendations for management and prosecutorial bodies.
- Conduct field operations, audits, and inspections of NFA warehouses, facilities, and partner entities to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Coordinate with other government agencies such as the NBI, PNP, and Ombudsman for joint investigations and legal proceedings.
- Testify credibly in administrative and court proceedings regarding the findings of your investigations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to lower-level investigators and field personnel on advanced investigation techniques and fraud prevention strategies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and managing active case files.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Criminology, Accountancy, or any related field (required).
- Career Service Professional (CSP) or RA 1080 (Board/License) eligibility (required for all government positions).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in investigation, audit, or law enforcement (commensurate with SG-18 level).
- At least 4-8 hours of relevant training in investigation techniques, case management, or fraud examination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior integrity, honesty, and moral character with no pending administrative or criminal cases.
- Willingness to conduct field work, travel extensively within Metro Manila and nearby provinces, and work extended hours when necessary.
