Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and distribute the agenda, minutes of meetings, and legislative calendars for Sangguniang Bayan sessions.
  • Provide technical assistance and research support to the Vice Mayor and Councilors on proposed ordinances and resolutions.
  • Manage and maintain the official repository of all legislative documents, ordinances, and resolutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of committee hearings and public consultations.
  • Coordinate with executive departments to ensure the timely implementation of legislative policies.
  • Draft official correspondence, reports, and communications on behalf of the legislative body.
  • Oversee the administrative operations of the Sangguniang Bayan secretariat office.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant eligibility (Career Service Professional or equivalent appropriate for government positions).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in local government operations or legislative support.
  • Strong proficiency in technical writing, legal documentation, and records management.
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino; knowledge of local dialects in the Bangsamoro region is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict legislative deadlines.
