Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and regulate payment institutions to ensure compliance with MAS regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement policies to foster innovation while maintaining robust risk management frameworks
- Monitor emerging payment technologies and market trends to inform regulatory strategies
- Engage with stakeholders across government, industry, and international bodies to promote best practices
- Lead initiatives to enhance payment system security, resilience, and consumer protection
- Represent MAS in regional and international forums on payment system developments
- Conduct market analysis and provide policy recommendations for payment ecosystem evolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or related field; Master's or professional certification (CFA, CPA, LLB) preferred
- Minimum 8 years' experience in financial regulation, payment systems, or fintech with 3+ years in supervisory role
- Deep understanding of payment technologies, AML/CFT frameworks, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to develop and implement policy in complex financial ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and market analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulatory landscape and global payment standards
