The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Executive, Finance (Planning & Analytics) to join our team in Singapore. This is a key role within the Finance department, reporting directly to the FP&A Manager.

What You Will Do

As a key member of the FP&A team, you will support the entire financial planning cycle. You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Your work will directly influence strategic business decisions and drive the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports and variance analysis for senior management.
• Develop robust financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business units to analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis, board presentations, and materials for Group and Head Office reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CFA) are highly advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, complex formulas, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4Hana or equivalent) and BI visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
