Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to customer locations throughout Bojonegoro
- Perform face-to-face customer interactions for payment negotiations and agreements
- Accurately input and maintain collection activities in LKH system
- Develop and implement customized payment plans for delinquent accounts
- Document all customer interactions and collection outcomes systematically
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes
- Monitor collection performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with finance/business background preferred
- 1-2 years experience in collections, sales, or customer service roles
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Deep knowledge of Bojonegoro region geography
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information
